While people usually see water bottles and grocery bags as ocean-bound plastics, more than 640,000 tons of fishing nets reportedly end up in the big waterbodies every year. These nets trap and entangle marine life, damage coral reefs, affect natural habitats, and even find their way into our food and water sources. The South Korean behemoth is now repurposing these discarded fishing nets as part of its Galaxy for the Planet journey....
