So, what does the ‘Hybrid’ stands for? Well, the regular model is a Wear OS-powered version, while the ‘Hybrid’ does not come with Wear OS. This watch actually includes an E Ink display, with backlighting, and combines that with mechanical hands on top of it. You may recall the Skagen Jorn Hybrid HR smartwatch, well, Skagen is a part of the Fossil Group, so if you had a chance to check out that watch, this one will feel somewhat familiar. Considering this is an E Ink display, it’s always on. The more light the more visible it is. During nighttime, the built-in backlight will help out, as the display itself is not easily visible during the night. There are three buttons on the right side of the watch. The watch is made out of stainless steel, and it’s 44mm wide, and 11.4mm thick. WE’re looking at a watch that supports 20mm watch bands, by the way, standard ones.

Yes, this watch can show you your notifications, it can notify you when there’s an incoming call, you can use it to control music, and so on. Checking the calendar is also a possibility, as is checking the weather.
