Just to break that down, that’s a total potential of lasting for twelve and a half days. Though, realistically, that will depend on how you use the headset. It could last less time if you’re constantly adjusting and fiddling with features. Or it could last longer than that if you’re only using it for a few hours a day. In addition to the Cloud Alpha, HyperX is also announcing two more gaming headsets, a mechanical gaming keyboard, and a gaming controller.

HyperX already offers a wired version of this headset and has for a while. Now, it’s building a wireless version off the success of the wired model. The Cloud Alpha Wireless is more than just its 300-hour battery life too. It comes with the same quality sound of the wired version, with added support for DTS Headphone:X, 50mm drivers, and a “custom-designed dual chamber technology” that helps to make the headset design lighter and slimmer. That should translate to more comfort over longer periods of use. Additional features include a detachable noise cancelling mic, LED lighting, easy to access audio controls on the earcup. HyperX will begin selling this headset for $199.99 in February. Outside of the Cloud Alpha Wireless, there are two more headsets being announced. This includes the Cloud II and the Cloud Core. Both of these are wired and will retail for $99.99 and $69.99 respectively. With availability expected in March for the Cloud II and January for the Cloud Core.

Earlier in 2021, HyperX released the Pulsefire Haste. Its lightest mouse ever with a tantalizingly low price point. Today, it’s announcing the wireless version of that mouse. It keeps the same light design for fast-paced movements, but gets rid of the cable so your mouse is truly free. That being said, expect the weight to increase just a tad thanks to the wireless tech inside. This will go on sale for $79.99 in February. In addition to the new mouse, there’s also the Alloy Origins 65 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard coming in February for $99.99, and the Clutch Wireless Gaming Controller for mobile in March for $49.99.
