For those who don’t know, Google Assistant Driving Mode is a replacement for Android Auto on Android devices. After being unveiled around two years ago, Google is finally updating the interface of the Driving Mode. According to a new report by 9To5Google, the refreshed UI brings a host of new home screen improvements, especially in terms of a design overhaul. Back at the Google I/O event in 2019, Google showcased the Google Assistant Driving Mode to users....

Just like with US refunds, the refunds in these other regions appear to be going out in no particular order. Google internally refers to the Nest Audio as Prince. A recent code change in the Fuchsia Gerrit reveals the ongoing work on upgrading the device to the new operating system. Google engineers are currently testing Fuchsia OS on Prince. While we don’t have additional info, such as an ETA for public release, it’s a strong hint that the smart speaker will soon have its underlying operating system changed.
