Back in July, Google released an update to the Gmail app that improved search and suggestion options. That update brought up results based on “how often you interact with a colleague via Gmail” and other “historical exchanges.” Now, a similar update is coming to the web client. But it shows results based on recent activities on the Gmail.com website. The update is released to the Gmail web client. However, it might also come to the mobile apps in the future....

According to 9to5Google, the “Always send images by the link in text (SMS/MMS)” option is removed from the Google Photos menu in Messages. So there is no way to select and send images. We still don’t know why the feature was removed and whether it was intentional or a bug. However, in the Google Support page, the company says users can use Google Photos in Messages to send “sharper videos.” This might indicate that the integration between Google Photos and Messages didn’t go as expected, and users didn’t welcome the feature in initial testing....

“Move tangor to 64-bit only,” a commit reads. For the Uninitiated, “Tangor” is the codename of the new Google tablet. The resources don’t shed any more light on this matter, so it’s not entirely confirmed that the upcoming Pixel Tablet would not support the 32-bit build of Android 13. It’s possible that Google is experimenting with it and the product may eventually support both builds. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if the device is 64-bit only....
